How it works
- Book your engineer’s visit for repair
Once you book in your repair, we will call you to arrange a convenient time for one of our team members to visit you for your repair. In this phone call we will also arrange payment for the fixed price repair and sign you up to one of our plans
- Engineer arrives to make the repair
Once our expert arrives, they will investigate your issue and see what is the problem. If they can fix it on their initial visit, they will do this there and then. Otherwise, we will arrange for the necessary parts to be ordered in at our own cost and return the following day to finish the job.
- Covered for the future
When your boiler is back up and running, you will be covered under your chosen plan in case you experience any damages in future.

If your issue is urgent, such as a boiler leak, call us direct on 020 3535 6656 so that we can speed the process for you and get an engineer with you within hours. Above 95% of emergencies are attended within 24 hours
Let’s say your boiler fan and pump are faulty. In this instance we will provide you a quote for the additional repair as the fixed fee only covers one problem and any related issues with it.
If our engineer cannot fix the boiler for whatever reason, or the cost of repair will go above £500, we will advise you on your next steps moving forward, and refund you £125.
If we have not made any visits and you want to cancel your fixed fee repair, we can do this with no hassle. If we attend your home, you will need to complete payment before we can cancel your order.
Our fixed fee repair can only be carried with a plan taken out as part of the fixed fee offer. We will not be able to offer you a one-off repair on its own.
